Endowment Manager is an easy to use program.  Users are presented with a windows based interface allowing easy navigation and familiar functions.  Endowment Manager provides a logical flow of information and processing that allow users to begin using the software immediately.  To further support our clients KPM offers a complete suite of training and materials. On-Site Training Implementation of Endowment Manager is accompanied by in-depth training designed to cover all facets of the program and processes.  Typical training programs will last one day, but custom training is made available based on our clients needs. Online Training An interactive online training is made available to all our clients.  This training can be be used to supplement on-site training or as the complete training program. User Groups KPM is currently working to develop a user group that will focus on the challenges of managing an endowment.  User group sessions will provide clients with an opportunity to discuss best practices, strategies, current technology and Endowment Manager usage and tips.

Maintenance & Support

KPM Technologies provides each client with ongoing product support and updates. Our clients receive the benefit of our continued improvement in functionality, integration and usability.  In addition, clients are provided with live technical support.  Services provided with our maintenance plan include:
